Peace Love Bling aspires to provide attentive and personal service to each and every customer. Whether it is a special order or a current design we represent the finest handmade jewelry.

Shipping
Shipping is $7 flat rate. Shipping discounts cannot be combined with other promotions.
Items are shipped within 1 to 3 business days using US Postal Service Priority or First Class Mail. Express orders and overnight shipping may incur an extra charge. If you require express service, please indicate this in comments when you check out.
International shipping is available to most countries and to military APO/FPO addresses.
We make every effort to ensure the stock levels online are accurate. In the rare event an item is out of stock you will be notified by e-mail of our expected restock date.

Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with any product purchased through Peace-Love-Bling.com, contact us for a return authorization within 30 days from the invoice date. You will be credited the full purchase amount excluding $7 for shipping and handling. We regret that custom styles and items purchased on sale or for a promotional discount cannot be returned unless there is a defect.
To return any item, email us at [email protected] for a return authorization number.
Please include a brief note of the reason for your return and make sure the item is insured for the total cost of the return. Peace Love Bling is unable to accept any returned merchandise that has been altered, visibly worn, scuffed, scratched or marked in any way.

Product Warranty
Every item is handmade of natural pearls and semi-precious stones. Actual items shipped may vary slightly from those pictured on the web site. Slight irregularities in texture, size and color are characteristic of natural stones and handmade jewelry and are part of their natural, artistic beauty
Jewelry purchased from Peace Love Bling is warranted for 6 months against any artisan defects. If a jewelry items breaks or fails within 6 months, Peace Love Bling, at its discretion, will either repair or replace the item. Normal wear and tear, abuse, and the loss of stones or pearls from settings are not covered. A shipping and handling charge of $11.95 will be charged on. Repair and restringing services are available at a cost.

Sales Tax for Ohio Residents Only
Peace Love Bling, LLC collects sales tax for Ohio Residents only. Orders shipping to other states (except Ohio) are exempt from any sales tax. The Ohio sales tax rate is 7.5%.

Peace Love Bling keeps customer information and email addresses private. We never sell our lists
Shipping addresses are verified in advance. In those rare cases where an address does not exactly match your credit card address, we may need to contact you.
